From signup to first draft

What happens after someone joins on ghost-writer.us — no client account required

  1. Client chooses a package & signs up

Public form at /start/ (or test at /demo/signup/). Secure checkout — $550 rewrite, $3,000 ad pack, $2,200/mo posts, or $4,000/mo full brand package.

  2. Client shows up in Studio

Signup creates a Ghostwriting client marked new / intake. Team can get a Slack ping.

  3. Human editor schedules kickoff

30-minute call — stories, wins, who they help. Notes go in memory/ghostwriter/intake//. Automation waits until this exists.

  4. First drafts in their voice

AI writes a solid first pass. Editor polishes in Ghostwriting Studio, then sends a simple approval link.

  5. Client approves from their phone

No login. Approve or ask for changes. Finished copy lands in their private library link.

Test card: 4242 4242 4242 4242 · any future expiry · any CVC. Then check Greenhouse → Ghostwriting for the new client.

Alex Chen Founder · Ops OS · 2h · Draft for approval
Most ops teams I talk to are optimizing the wrong thing. They measure hours saved. We started measuring decisions unblocked. Last quarter we killed three dashboards nobody opened. Replaced them with one weekly 15-minute sync. Efficiency isn't doing more with less. It's doing less of what doesn't matter. What's one report your team could retire this month?

Hiring post — Head of Ops

Published 2026-07-21

We're hiring a Head of Ops who thinks in systems, not tickets. If you've scaled a team from 20 → 80 without adding bureaucracy, let's talk.
